PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS

We create maintenance checklists that are specific to your rental property and coordinate scheduling with your lessor to ensure your property is well maintained during the lease period.  These monthly, quarterly and/or annual checks include all parts of the dwelling---floors, walls, ceilings, windows, doors, appliances, plumbing, countertops, cabinets, preventative and protective items (locks, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors). We take a look around the unit and add specifics to this list by noting materials and special needs for each item. For example, floors will be wood, carpet, concrete, tile or brick and might have a finish on them that denotes a special need, like a polyurethane sealer or a wax. The roof may be older and require monitoring to ensure no leaks have begun that will cause more damage if gone unnoticed.
